Director general of the Agency for national security (АНБ), Jana Hristovski, took part in the annual meeting of the National committee on the prevention of violent extremism and the fight against terrorism, in which his speech was the president of the Government, Христијан Мицкоски.
The prime minister has emphasised the commitment of the Government and all the institutions of the coordinated and responsible action in dealing with the security risks involved, pointing out that the ultimate goal is a stable, reliable, and fair state.

In this context, it was noted that The committee is not the only means of formal authority, but rather a financial instrument with a specific role in the system of national security. The system, which was shared out, not be allowed to remain at the level of the declaration, but he has to work. АНБ, as a strategic part of the system, play a key role in the identification of the risks, well-timed reaction and delivery of long-term protection of the citizens and the constitutional order of the state.
